Zipscreen uses a guided fabric system to retain the screen edges in side channels as it travels. It is designed for exterior applications such as covered patios, verandas, and outdoor entertaining areas.
Screen fabric can reduce glare and help manage sunlight while preserving varying degrees of outward view. The result depends on openness, color, lighting, and the surrounding structure. Solar screen fabric does not provide guaranteed nighttime privacy.

Automate’s exterior motor range includes fabric-tension solutions. Depending on the system, operation may use standard movement, a manual locking arrangement, or an automatic locking configuration. A motor must match the selected locking and tension system.
Compatible exterior battery options can use accessible charging and optional solar charging; other configurations use wired power. Discuss motor selection, charging access, control range, and any sensor functions before ordering. Impact detection and sensor behavior are model-dependent.

Can I see through an outdoor screen?
